THE EXECUTIVE VILLAS

The Disney Area Executive Homes are allocated to you on arrival into any one of our available homes andfor this reason they are available at a discount off the regular cost of homes in a named community.All the homes are very well furnished and come complete with a private screened swimming pool and sun deck with loungers, chairs, table and a double car garage. Within the villa you'll find everything you'll ever need for your holiday: satellite tv, DVD/Video Player, at least 2 full bathrooms (1 en-suite)with bath shower. Fully equipped kitchen with washer-dryer, iron and ironing board, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, waste disposal unit, microwave and electric cooker. All towels and linen are also provided for your stay.

THE ROOMS

The Disney Area Executive Homes offer accommodation in 3, 4 and 5 executive homes. All of them with the following features: satellite tv, DVD/Video Player, at least 2 full bathrooms (1 en-suite)with bath shower. Fully equipped kitchen with washer-dryer, iron and ironing board, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, waste disposal unit, microwave and electric cooker.

3 BEDROOM EXECUTIVE HOMES features a queen or double bed in the master bedroom, a double bed in the second bedroom and two single beds in the third bedroom. The maximum occupancy of these villas is 8 adults. Occupancy over 6 will be accommodated in a sofa bed or rollaway beds.

4 BEDROOM EXECUTIVE HOMES features a queen or double bed in the master bedroom, a double bed in the second bedroom and two single beds in the third and fourth bedroom. The maximum occupancy of these villas is 10 adults. Occupancy over 8 will be accommodated in a sofa bed or rollaway beds.

5 BEDROOM EXECUTIVE HOMES features a queen or double bed in the master bedroom, a double bed in the second bedroom and two single beds in the third and fourth bedroom. Either a double or two single beds in each additional bedroom. The maximum occupancy of these villas is 12 adults. Occupancy over 10 will be accommodated in a sofa bed or rollaway beds.

The nearby amenities at this complex are Disney World and Universal Studios, which are located at a maximum of 30 minutes drive. The same distance for the shopping areas. The villas have a private screened pool (all pools are heatable) and pool deck with lounge chairs & table.
